Pandemic
Hey, today I wanted to talk about how the pandemic changed my life. At first it thought that it was just a flu or just a bunch of people getting sick. That day that we all got out of school for only “2 weeks” well that’s what everyone thought. I was so happy! I thought we would come back, we never did. Then we started to do online school. I don’t like online school, it feels like I’m not learning anything. Then all the sports started to shut down. We couldn’t do anything. Hangout with friends? No. Everything that I was so used to doing I couldn’t do anymore. I would go on walks so much and would spend so much time with my family. At the end of the day it wasn’t as bad as i thought it was at that moment 
First, mound the flour and salt in the center of your cutting board or bowl. Make a hole in the middle and beat your eggs and add them. The dough will form a shaggy mass. Pull the dough together, mixing the sticky pieces with the dry. Form a ball and start kneading it with the heels of your hands. Use flour or the pasta will be sticky. Once the surface of the dough is slightly smooth, form a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Each time you roll the dough through, move the rollers closer together until you get the thinness you need. Then you cook the pasta.Now you have pasta!

Hi! the Favorite place i’ve been to would probably be Mexico because I love the beach and the food there. In Mexico there is a lot of beaches but my favorite one has to be “playa del carmen.” It’s so pretty! I also love the food there. I love spicy things and almost everything there is spicy! The tacos there are the best! I love one this drink it’s called “horchata” Horchata is a sweet Mexican drink made from rice. Horchata is made by blending white rice and cinnamon, the remaining liquid is then flavored with vanilla and sugar. If you ever got to Mexico you should buy it! And if you can visit the beach too!
